SPCC - Don't mess with the EPA

Enforcement on SPCC isn't slowing down even with the change in regulations and compliance pending. The EPA and local cities, states and counties are getting more and more involved in "greening" their towns and keeping them safe from spills and releases.

While it seems daunting to keep up with risk reduction, mitigation, containment, written plans etc. it is a reasonable program to comply with and good for all and the environment! There are fantastic tools on the market place and an abundance of products available to aid in spill containment, spill control and spill cleanup!
